The room was easy to access on the first floor. It was clean and ready when we booked it, and it came with a small kitchen which was a plus. The location was great, as it was close to the harbor and not too far from the city center.
Our experience at this place was far from pleasant. The listing turned out to be a scam, as the host charged us a hefty amount for a broken trash can and blamed us for it.

The apartment was cozy and comfortable, making us feel right at home during our stay. The kitchen was well-equipped with a microwave and fridge, allowing us to prepare our own meals easily. The flat-screen TV provided entertainment when we wanted to relax and unwind in the evenings. The apartment's location in Ocean Village was perfect for exploring Southampton Guildhall, which was just 1.5 km away.
Although the apartment was modern and stylish, we personally would have preferred a larger bedroom.

The location of the apartment is convenient, being close to the harbor and not far from the city center. the room was clean and ready upon arrival, with a small but functional kitchen provided.
There was some confusion and difficulty accessing the key from the lockbox upon arrival.

I stayed at Contractors And Long Stays Welcome Ocean Village New for a week and it was perfect for my needs. The room on the first floor was clean and easily accessible. The small kitchen came in handy for preparing meals. The hotel's location near the harbor was great for exploring. a very convenient and comfortable stay.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.
